Heliograph Lookout is a 100’ Aermotor MC-39 tower with a 7’x7’ steel cab. Still in active service and the tallest tower on the Coronado National Forest, the site also has a well maintained log cabin ground house and related Civilian Conservation Corps structures dating to 1934. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
