Description
Plummer Peak Lookout is a California Region 5 Plan BC-301 on a 20 foot steel tower built in 1937.
In 1940 Lookout Operator Bill Duncan kept a cow on Plummer Peak to provide fresh milk. He had a dog, puppies and a cat on the mountain as well.
