Description
The current structure was constructed, apparently as part of a microwave relay project in 1961, opening in 1962. 2 previous structures have inhabited the summit, the first constructed prior to 1923 and the second in 1933.
The peak access road serves as the only access point to the Sanhedrin Wilderness Area.
