Description
The first lookout on Round Top Mountain in the Dinosaur National Monument was an 8'x10' ground house built in 1951. In 1954-57 a wood 8' tower with 8'x8' cab was added. This two story 13'x13' metal lookout of local design and attached living quarters was constructed in 2002.
