Brawley Mountain Lookout Tower is a 50' steel tower with a 13'x13' CL-100 series metal live-in cab with catwalk and flat roof. This lookout is one of the only fire towers that remain standing along the Benton MacKaye Trail in Georgia.
The first flight of steps has been removed to prevent access, and the cab is falling into disrepair; but the tower is still strikingly majestic, guarding it's mountain peak. The tower is in use for various antennae for Fannin County EMS, and TVA.
