Comments:	Needs paint and hardware replacement. Could not determine condition of glass as shutters were locked. There is an ATV/UTV 4-Wheel Drive vehicle road to this lookout. Ample access for materials and personnel to conduct maintenance. Potential mining operation in vicinity of mine could limit access but also provides an opportunity for funding for maintenance.
