Description
Skyline Drive Lookout Tower is located on the Jackson-Washington State Forest in Indiana. The 80-ft steel tower, with 7'x7' cab, was built by the CCC between 1931 and 1935. Although not used for fire detection since the 1970s, the tower is maintained by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources as a popular public viewing site of the countryside.
