Description

Pinnacle Knob Lookout, a USFS R-8 model 14’x14’ live-in cab on a 40’ steel tower, is the last of its kind in Kentucky. Built by the CCC in 1937 on the Cumberland Falls State Park, it overlooks a part of the Daniel Boone National Forest. Restored in 2008, it is a state park historic site.
