Description
Constructed in 1933 by the U.S. Forest Service, this 99'9" steel Aermotor LX-25 tower features a 7’x 7’ cab. Its original access ladder was replaced with stairs in 1952. The tower was used as part of the Forest Service fire suppression system until 1982 when the task was taken over by State overflights.
