Description
Built in 1934 by Company 231 stationed at Camp F-4, this tower served as the central tower for the Chickasawhay Ranger District, De Soto National Forest until 1989. The 100' Aermotor tower with 7' x 7' cab is part of the historic Wausau Work Center and the only remaining lookout on the district.
