Description
Restoration activities were completed on Boulder Point lookout in July, 2003 by the West Fork Ski Club along with both active and retired Forest Service personnel from the Bitterroot National Forest. The historic L-4 cab with catwalk on an 10’ pole tower was built in 1937 and in service until the 1980s. The historic site is popular with locals as both a summer hike and winter ski-in destination.
