Encino lookout is an Aermotor MC-39 steel tower 59 feet high, and a 7X7 foot steel cab. The Encino site was constructed in July 1950 as it presently exists. Other structures include a wooden frame living quarters that is apparently a transplanted L-4 house, a metal storage shed, a log cabin and a wooden frame outhouse.
