Description
Bear Butte, also known as Baldy or Bear Flat was constructed for the Klamath Forest Protective Association in 1949 replacing an earlier structure dating to at least 1930. The structure is located on Weyerhaeuser Company land.
The lookout was last staffed in 1966.
