Description

The western-most lookout on the Fremont National Forest, Spodue Mountain Lookout (sometimes call Black Hills Lookout) first went into service in 1965 and remains active. It is a 15’x15’ R-6 flattop live-in cab with catwalk on a 41’ treated timber tower.
