Description
Built near 1936, this 110-foot galvanized Aermotor LS-40 tower features a 7'-by-7' steel cab. The tower appears to be in its original location. The site is abandoned and featured a tower keeper's house until about 2010. The tower overlooks an agricultural area in the Pee Dee District of Lee County.
