Description

This 80-foot steel tower with a 10'x7'x7' steel cab appears to be an Aermotor LS-40 and was built about 1935. Still standing in its original location, this tower appears to be in fair condition. While fire observation use of all South Carolina towers was ended in 1993, this tower is still in use to host a radio repeater. The lowerst staircase has been removed to prevent unauthorized access.
