Comments: | I manned the lookout in 2017 and 2018. Painted all woodwork inside and out with two coats. Stairway in good condition. Roof not leaking. Only one pane of glass cracked slightly. Catwalk and railing good condition. Internet established now at Lookout. Outhouse blew off a few years ago and replaced at bottom with new pit toilet. Rug inside is old and needs replaced. All cabinets functional. Flagpole functional. |

Comments: | New dishes added to railing for Internet access by local rancher. Mounting dishes to lookout was an exchange for Internet access to ranger station and lookout itself. A solar panel array was added to charge internet system and a bank of about 10 HD batteries. |
