Description
The Blackhall Lookout is located on a high ridge on the Medicine Bow National Forest in Wyoming. The 15’x 15’ R-6 flattop with catwalk atop a 10’ concrete block base was constructed by the Forest Service in 1963. It was used for 25 years and then put on standby status.
