Description
One of three Aermotor MC-39 towers installed in 1934 on the White Mountain Apache Indian Reservation, Maverick Mountain Lookout continues in active service. The 80' steel tower with 7' x 7' cab replaced a similar but shorter (60') tower built on the site in 1925.
