Description
Located on the historic Lolo Indian Trail used by Lewis & Clark in the Clearwater National Forest, Rocky Point Lookout is an R-6 flattop with catwalk on a 10’ concrete base built in 1963. It replaced an L-4 cab on a 10’ long crib built in 1934. With relatively easy access from Powell, Rocky Point Lookout is regularly staffed every year.
