Comments: fridge works, heater works, stove and oven are brand new, 6 outlets for AC plus a power strip if more are needed. Cell phone service is excellent. Outhouse clean, well eqipped. The entire lookout is extreamly well equipped. Dishes, pots and pans, soap, nice Futon for sleeping or sitting.Easy access by car, no ruts in road. Drive to the lookout stairs, no hike at all. The stairs are a little narrow. This area is near a lot of open range, but "cattle guards" keep them well away from the lookout.

Comments: Overall, This is a nice lookout. But without exterior paint soon it will be in danger. Looks like this year it wont get any.
