Description

One of the last classic L-4 cabs built (in 1955), Graves Mountain Lookout stood for 30 years in the Colville National Forest in northeastern Washington State. It replaced a 72' pole tower with L-6 cab and log cabin built by the U.S. Forest Service and the CCC in 1934. In 1985 the Stevens County Historical Society moved the lookout piece-by-piece to the Stevens County Park and Museum overlooking the Town of Colville. The faithfully-restored lookout is open to the public daily.
