Located on state land in the hill country of southern West Virginia, Mann Mountain Tower is the first lookout registered in the state. It was built in 1935 by the CCC. An unusual feature is a stone ground house surrounded by a stone wall. The structure is a 45’ Blaw-Knox tower with a 7’X7’ cab.
