Bonanza King is a California Region 5 Plan 4AR built in 1934. A very late use of this design.
An Aircraft Warning Service residence cabin was added in WWII so the lookout could be staffed 24 hours a day.

Comments? | Access is pretty good. No obvious sign on Highway 3, it is tucked back off the access road out of view. 10 miles in from Highway 3. Good road. 2WD for the better part of the road. 4WD during the wet season. Last half mile is 4WD. |
