Comments: The Goat Mountain Lookout in the Mendocino National Forest has fallen over along with the NFS communication tower there. The road to the summit of Goat Mountain has been closed (with huge pipes welded together) so the only way up to the site is VIA foot (nearly a mile hike along the road) or by going off of the trail with a bike (not suggested... I hate it when folks don't tread lightly).
