Description
This original 71-year-old lookout on Thorp Mountain is one of the gems of the north central Cascades. Built in 1930 on the Wenatchee National Forest, the 14' x 14' L-4 gable groundhouse has been in service ever since. The lookout was completely refurbished in the summer of 2007 and is now being staffed seven days a week.
